Service Description

We know that buying a home is a huge investment emotionally and financially. However, most importantly, it’s an investment in you and your family’s health and well-being. We conduct original research on the home, property, and surrounding area including: - nearby hazards, - indoor & outdoor air quality, - water quality, - electromagnetic radiation (electric and magnetic, dirty electricity (DE), and radiofrequency (RF) / microwave radiation), - water-damaged and/or damp building investigation (commonly referred to as "mold"), - furnishings, - building design, - and more, depending on you or your family's needs, health issues, and desires. This package includes up to 5 rooms (usually 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and family room) and includes 1 hour of phone consultation to discuss results. *Additional lab submissions, staff, and/or travel beyond a 20-mile radius at extra cost. Weekends, holidays, and/or evenings after 6 p.m. may carry a 30% surcharge. A deposit of 50% of anticipated estimate is required prior to any visit. Some analysis and design consultation may be done off-site or via phone. Duration is an anticipated measure inclusive of phone consultations and communications, necessary research and organization, as well as time on-site, but exclusive of travel time. Packages are for first-time purchase only; thereafter, hourly rates will apply.
